LOCATION: Our target location is Keeneland Racetrack in Lexington, KY.

RENDEZVOUS POINT REVEAL: All agents shall meet at 8th & Scott Street in Covington for free parking & bus loading. It is the parking lot for the Law Office of Gailen W. Bridges and Thomas R. Kerr.

The bus will park in the spaces marked "Lighthouse Logistics". Our agents will park in the 8 blank spaces (marked in yellow on this image). Cars are able to be left overnight. Uber/Lyft are also encouraged. The parking lot can be accessed from 8th Street (2-way street) or Scott Street (1-way street going south).

Please arrive at 9am to load the bus and have breakfast. We will depart at 9:20am.

TRANSPORT:
Our agents will travel in the style of our cover identities. A luxury 25-person party bus with private restroom and living-room style seating has been secured. This is NOT a typical coach bus with forward-facing seats.

DETAILS:
Meet at the rendezvous point of 732 Scott Street in Covington, Kentucky, where a light breakfast will be served on the private transport. All alcoholic beverages will be provided for the ride and tailgate at Keeneland (Mimosas, Bloody Marys, Beers, Wines, Seltzers, Vodka, Bourbon drinks). A tailgate lunch is also included. We will tailgate from 11:00am-1:15pm, and then proceed to the track where you will complete your missions and place bets. We will return to our party bus at 5:15pm and retreat to the Cincinnati area by 7:00pm. Those who wish to terminate their mission may do so at this time. Others may continue on at will. ITINERARY:
9:00am - Bus Arrival at 732 Scott Street, Breakfast
9:20am - Bus departs for Keeneland
10:50am - Bus arrives at Keeneland Bus Tailgate Area
1:00pm - Guests go inside Keeneland
5:00pm - Guests return to bus for departure
5:15pm - Bus departs for Covington
6:45pm - Bus arrives back at 732 Scott Street
7:00pm - Mission Terminates. Those who want to stay out can walk to places in Covington for dinner & drinks

COST:
$300 per person
(based on our current headcount of 19 people. If money can be saved on any food or drinks etc, cash will be returned on the day of the trip for betting). This price is all-inclusive, and comprises

• Luxury transport

• Breakfast

• Tailgate lunch

• Alcohol for bus rides and tailgate (except for food & drink purchased inside the track)

• VIP Clubhouse tickets to Keeneland (These are already in-hand!)

• Snacks and drinks for the ride home.

ATTIRE:
Old-money horse owners in autumn. The key is to blend in like our marks. You were born to this life of luxury and it shows. Ladies, think pearls, scarves and boots. Men, please wear a jacket and tie to be admitted into the Clubhouse.

Members and patrons are encouraged to consider respect for Keeneland tradition, modesty and the comfort level of fellow members and patrons when choosing their attire. Members and patrons that do not adhere to the dress code and are unable to amend their attire, will not be granted access to the Clubhouse.

Gentlemen: Suits or sport coats, dress slacks, dress shirt with collar and tie. Dress shoes and dress socks.

Ladies: Clothing of comparable formality to gentlemen, including but not limited to skirts, dresses, tailored pantsuit or dress slacks.

Not Permitted: Denim – regardless of color, slacks that are designed to resemble jeans, shorts (including rompers), clothing or shoes that resemble athletic attire, abbreviated or revealing attire.
